2. Account Registration & Management
One Account Only
Only one account per person, household, or residential address is permitted on bbo88. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.
Providing Accurate Information at Registration
At the time of registration, you must provide complete, truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information — particularly your name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
Closing Your Account
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure; however, any open bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable terms.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits
The following methods can be used to deposit funds into your bbo88 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
- You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited.
- Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account within a few minutes; if there is any delay, please contact support.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a successful request, funds typically reach your payment method within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit (same payment route).
- Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- bbo88 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members at bbo88 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total account balance will be ৳2,500.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳15,000 — total balance will be ৳37,000.
Wagering Requirements
The applicable wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Current wagering requirement: 15 times (15x) the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Only the original deposit portion may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met — not any winnings derived from the bonus.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own terms and validity period — please read the relevant terms before accepting any offer.
- Creating multiple accounts, operating from the same IP address, or using any other fraudulent method to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- bbo88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
- bbo88 may cancel any bonus at its discretion if it determines that the bonus is being abused.
5. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
List of Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person or group.
- Using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil bonus requirements (bonus abuse or arbitrage betting).
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools.
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour towards other users or staff.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, bbo88 may immediately close the account and forfeit all funds.
Technical Errors & Disputes
Bets or transactions made on the basis of incorrectly displayed odds, prizes, or balances due to a technical error will not be considered valid. bbo88 reserves the right to void or correct such transactions.
Any dispute or complaint must be reported to support within 7 days of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
6. Intellectual Property & Content Use
All content on the bbo88 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of bbo88. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
The games available on bbo88 are products of various third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, and JILI. The intellectual property rights for these games remain with their respective providers.
